Amazing staff and amazing service. I’m biased though since I worked here before. It did take two hours from my oil change and I was in the 30 minutes or less slot so that was a bummer but otherwise great place!

I drove 10 hours one way to look at a truck I had seen online. When I arrived the truck was everything I expected and more. I test drove the truck for 45 minutes, made my decision to purchase. There was no hassle by Ron Reiner my salesman. They had me out the door in less than 2 hours from when I ar...rived and gave me more on my trade than they had originally discussed. It was honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had and will definitely go back and purchase my next new or used vehicle. Thanks again. We love our Ford pickup, as we did the last one , and we plan on buying our next one at Watertown Ford. We had a vary nice, no pressure experience, Darwin S. and the rest of the staff were very professional, and speedy at getting everything done.
