I took my ford explorer for an oil change. They showed me proof how dirty the filters were and recommended changing. Then was told I needed tires and brakes. The experts helped me pick out the ones they thought would be best for my car. They picked up my car and returned it on time. Kept me updated during the whole process. Joe is the guy to buy cars from! He's super friendly and courteous. He answered all of our questions in a way we could understand and with full honesty. We left feeling like we had made a great decision. Emily and the guys in the shop were timely and thorough when they addressed issues with our other vehicle. Would highly recommend. As I was out of town, traveling thru Watertown and my truck sprayed anti-freeze everywhere... I had no resources at all to troubleshoot and repair. I had the truck towed to Watertown Ford Chrysler and the personnel there took excellent care of me & my truck. Kudos to Sandy for her excellent communication and status of my Truck. Great Job!

Stopped at Watertown Ford Service Dept. on a Saturday morning without an appointment. The AC quit working on my Ram 3500. They were able to verify right then and there that repairs would likely be covered under my extended warranty. They ordered parts and had it repaired within two weeks. Very satisfied!

I took my F350 in for repairs. I was frustrated not being able to contact the service advisor after multiple calls. I never met the advisor throughout the entire repair process. I left a fairly negative review with them.
