I took my F350 in for repairs. I was frustrated not being able to contact the service advisor after multiple calls. I never met the advisor throughout the entire repair process. I left a fairly negative review with them.

My truck has not drove this smooth in a long long time. They were prompt with getting them ordered and the scheduling with our advisor was flawless. Excellent communication. Service and recall repair was done in a timely fashion. I was taken to my home while service was performed and kept updated throughout the process. I was informed of an additional expense and given explanation as to why it was needed, I. E. antifreeze needed, for approval before work was done. Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable about services provided.

New to Watertown area. Discovered cable shifter issue several days after arriving in South Dakota. I stopped in to the dealership to see about a repair. My service consultant was very attentive and ordered the part for a later service appointment. Very happy with the repair and I will have my vehicles in as required. The hourly rate was better than previous state I lived in.
