We have been working with Watertown Ford for many years and have always had an excellent experience. In our recent obtaining a new vehicle we were torn on whether to get another Escape or and Edge. We did a test drive of each vehicle and decided to go with the Edge. We have thoroughly enjoyed the ve...hicle and believe we made the right choice. We were looking for a crossover vehicle and after testdriving a few others, decided on the Edge. We were very happy with the service we received and we love our edge. We have never owned a Ford before but so far we are very happy with our purchase and we had heard good reviews on the Edge.

Looking for a used truck that fit my needs, I spent a month shopping online and looking at dealers before I found better than I was looking for in my price range at Watertown Ford. The sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy, and the mechanic that I was directed to to ask abo...ut possible issues willingly explained what he had found on the truck. Every step of the process went easily and smoothly. I have been driving the truck for about a month now and have yet to come across anything that lowers my satisfaction with the vehicle or the dealer. Show more

Mike Johnson was a great salesman. Low pressure and high knowledge. Leased a Ram 1500 Big Horn and couldn't be happier. I will return at the end of this Lease and Lease from him again. Great job!

The sales people were great, Finance people even better. Took my trade in with no problem even though I still owed on it . I was leaving the next morning for work and gone for a week.They waited till I returned home for the trade in. This is the third vehicle I have purchased from Watertown Ford and... I have gotten my last 3 vehicles from Watertown Ford. The experience has been the same all 3 times. The salesman was friendly and very knowledgeable. The finance people were extremely efficient and they knew there business. All the people I dealt with were fantastic. I won't go anywhere else.

We bought a 2008 town&country van new. It now has 264*** miles on it. All service work has been done there. We also have used e-30 and e-40 in it for all those miles. Great place
