We were told our transmission fluid change would be done in 20 minutes. It took 2 hours. We were charged for the extra labor.

Our experience with Watertown Ford.We found this 2007 Tundra Truck on the Internet along with several other interesting trucks. After contacting Todd in used sales dept he went over & above replying to each & every email or call. He came in on his day off to accommodate our schedule. He made sur...e that the truck was washed & spotless. We drove hours from No Minn on a Wed. The sale went smooth & quickly with no loose ends. On Mon we met halfway to close the purchase. This was a huge plus not having to drive all the way back again to Watertown, S Dakota. We waited to write this review. Almost one month later we have zero qualms in regards to our truck! We definitely would recommend Warertown Ford & Todd in the used vehicle dept. Erick & Mary Show more

2011 Ford F150 crew cab. Service terrific, all the staff very helpful. However, in any auto dealership, I feel as though the salesmen are "sneaky & underhanded", and just out for number one, trying to make that sale/commission. I did feel as though our salesman, Randy, felt rushed, and in turn we fe...lt rushed to complete the sale as well. Since that time, we are very happy with the vehicle we purchased, and plan a cross-country trip with it soon. Show more

Although I went to quick change and was next up with the one car ahead of me in the stall it was about 1 hour 45 minutes by the time I dropped off and got to leave. Yes they ran through car was but I looked out and saw after 45 min my car was still not in the bay. Not sure I have ever had a quick ch...ange when I pull in to quick change lane. Show more
