Did a great job for what i brought my car there for. Took a little longer than expected though. Great service in the back, helpful. While I was in the waiting area I did hear a few people complaining about how long it took for their vehicles to be done. For me, time really isn't a priority, the prio...rity for to me is the quality of what they did for me. Show more

I bought my 2016 Ford Escape from this dealership and have been diligent about bringing it in for servicing every 5,000 miles. I hit 25,000 earlier this week and, once again, their servicing was efficient, prompt, and thorough. Their waiting area is pleasant with a nice variety of snacks for us wh...ile work is being done. I purchased a used enclave-----Soon after I started getting different sensors-with check engine light on---they were great at getting it in and checking it out---it ended up needing a different engine and timing chains---watertown ford covered everything except the timing chains---they were great t...o work with through all of this---great bunch of people Show more

The only downfall I have, was that the last 3 times I have taken my car in to get it fixed, they never had the parts on hand and I always have to leave my car there for two plus days for them to order parts.

I brought my Lincoln in to get a weird sound diagnosed and fixed. Tommy and Terry not only told me what the problem was, but they showed me the problem was two worn out wheel bearings.
