Service and recall repair was done in a timely fashion. I was taken to my home while service was performed and kept updated throughout the process. I was informed of an additional expense and given explanation as to why it was needed, I. E. antifreeze needed, for approval before work was done. Advisor was very helpful and knowledgeable about services provided.

I had an excellent experience. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. The service team was able to fit me into their busy schedule when another establishment botched a simple oil change and crushed my oil filter while attempting to remove it. New to Watertown area. Discovered cable shifter issue several days after arriving in South Dakota. I stopped in to the dealership to see about a repair. My service consultant was very attentive and ordered the part for a later service appointment. Very happy with the repair and I will have my vehicles in as required. The hourly rate was better than previous state I lived in.

Great experience. My service rep (sorry don't remember her name) took the truck back at appointment time and explained everything when i checked out. It was also done earlier than estimated. Donna made sure there was fresh coffee, freshly baked cookies & cinnamon buns plus freshly popped popcorn. She greeted me when I came into the waiting area and made sure I had what I needed while I was there.

We recently had Ford do some work on our Explorer and the service department was wonderful to work with! I had some issues with the door code after we got it back and Sandy in service was really helpful!
