Caitlyn Anderson2 months agoVery nice place! I did have a couple issues with having my fob ticket lost while I was trying to get it repaired however rob was very quick to order a new one! Once my car had gotten into the shop it was ready in a timely manner, they had even fixed my front break hose along with my transmission shifter cable bushing free of charge! Very nice people and amazing service!

Lason Wilen2 months agoReally enjoy working with Watertown ford. I’ve had all my service work done here for years now and also bought my most recent vehicle here. I recently got to experience their flexibility also, my vehicle was in the shop for some service but I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up that day. I called to see if I could get an interior detail done and they said no problem. They got the vehicle from the service dept and got the detail done the next day.

Janet Meyer5 months agoI am very impressed with the service Watertown Ford provided this past weekend. From the 'new guy' who listened to my car problem to the professionals who fixed the problem...I felt listened to and they had my car ready in the time line I needed. This was a big deal to me. I had an oil light message and I had to be in Omaha the next day. It didn't cost an arm, leg or my first born. I would sing their praises but you wouldn't want to ? hear that. Professional people All the Way. Thanks Ford staff. They were there for me.

Yezenia Turner7 months agoMy husband and I moved to South Dakota a little over a year ago. In search for a place to service our vehicles we came to Watertown Ford. From the first phone call to every visit there after we have received phenomenal customer service from all the staff. They are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I greatly appreciate Tom from service and Brad from the Body shop behind the dealership along with all the lovely employees that make this service station the trusted place for our vehicles.

Kim Ericksen1 year agoTook our pickup in to get a receiver put on the back. A simple job turned into a fiasco. There was no mechanic there in Accessories, so Rob, himself, did the job....just a matter of finding the right tools he said. Great service! Thank you :)

Frtiz Koppatschek1 year agoTim Amy was a very helpful sales person and did a nice job even with the time it takes to order a vehicle and get it. This was my third vehicle I purchased in the last 5 years from Watertown Ford and I will be back. Thanks

Zac Wadholm1 year agoTook delivery of my 2022 Ford Maverick today, the salesman Tim Amy was fantastic to work with through and through. Knew his product front to back even when cars are in short supply. Cannot thank the guys at Watertown Ford enough for selling my vehicle at MSRP in this crazy pandemic, paperwork was a breeze and my time was valued with my 10.5 hour drive home. 10/10 experience cannot thank them enough!

Jerry Peterson1 year agoMy F150 broke down in Watertown SD; on 7/8/2022 was my apt. with them to look at it. I ask Eric in the service dept. to give me an estimate for the repair, he never call me back, so when I called him he seamed annoyed and gave me a low ball estimate of $1200.00. On 7/15/2022 at 7:30 AM was my apt. for a 4 hour repair, I live 100 miles away so I ask Eric to call me when repairs are finish so my brother could give me a ride there, Eric never called so when I called him he seamed annoyed and said it was finish, by then it was to late to pick up my F150 for that day. I told him I’ll pick it up the next day and ask him if he works that day? He lied and said he did. The next day I came in for my F150, the total cost was $1636.55, hundreds of dollars more then Eric low ball estimate and he wasn’t there to talk to him about the bill. I had to pay it as is!!! I will never go back there if I have to deal with Eric in the service dept.!!! UPDATE: I called dealership and talked to service manager, he listen to my complaint and MADE IT RIGHT. Thank You

Andrew Dueck1 year agoI was traveling through South Dakota on the I-29 when my Serpentine belt blew up on my Expedition. I got a tow into Ford and I believe it was less than one hour later they had me on the road again, headed home to Manitoba. Gina and Eric went out of their way to help me. I really appreciated it. They made me and my family comfortable in the waiting area while they got the belt and replaced it. We were on the road less than 2 hours after the belt went. If I was stuck near there again I would definitely go back. Thanks guys!

* If you want to tow, haul, or just carry everyone you know plus their friends, the 2015 Ford Expedition may just be the ticket. The new engine should improve fuel economy – relatively speaking – and this big rolling box has excellent cargo space. Source: KBB.com
* Redesigned for 2015 welcome in the all new Ford Expedition. A new aggressive front end creates a bold presence that's perfectly matched to the large and capable Ford SUV. The bold grille and lower front fascia come in a finish unique to each model, including the new Platinum model. The available jewel-like projector headlamps and standard LED fog lamps provide advanced performance in an elegant, contemporary style. Inside the spacious, refreshed eight-passenger interior, you'll find style, comfort and a long list of new technologies. With the touch of a button you can control the available PowerFold third-row seats to fold down completely flat into the floor or with a 60/40 split. You can now maintain complete connectivity while on the road with available voice-activated SYNC with MyFord Touch. With SYNC, it's easy to make a call, listen to a text message, explore new music, and find just about anything with simple voice commands. The Expedition is powered by an advanced 3.5L V6 EcoBoost engine. You'll experience the benefits of this engine every time you get behind the wheel as the EcoBoost engine delivers added power without sacrificing fuel efficiency. The available hill start assist/descent control helps to keep you in control, and is particularly useful when towing. The independent multilink rear suspension is available with a rear mechanical load-leveling feature, which automatically levels the chassis when carrying a heavy load. The standard rear view camera is very helpful and displays real-time visuals on the 4.2” center screen. Also available is the Blind Spot Information System which detects vehicles entering your blind spot zones and alerts you with an indicator light in the corresponding outside rearview mirror.
