made appointment. was there on time they got it right in. They double checked what I wanted checked and completed. Walked me through the process and was on my way within 35 minutes. had oil change and tire rotation.

Very nice place! I did have a couple issues with having my fob ticket lost while I was trying to get it repaired however rob was very quick to order a new one! Once my car had gotten into the shop it was ready in a timely manner, they had even fixed my front break hose along with my transmission shifter cable bushing free of charge! Very nice people and amazing service!

Really enjoy working with Watertown ford. I’ve had all my service work done here for years now and also bought my most recent vehicle here. I recently got to experience their flexibility also, my vehicle was in the shop for some service but I wasn’t going to be able to pick it up that day. I called to see if I could get an interior detail done and they said no problem. They got the vehicle from the service dept and got the detail done the next day.

My husband and I moved to South Dakota a little over a year ago. In search for a place to service our vehicles we came to Watertown Ford. Took delivery of my 2022 Ford Maverick today, the salesman Tim Amy was fantastic to work with through and through. Knew his product front to back even when cars are in short supply. Cannot thank the guys at Watertown Ford enough for selling my vehicle at MSRP in this crazy pandemic, paperwork was a breeze and my time was valued with my 10.5 hour drive home. 10/10 experience cannot thank them enough!
